My experience was marred by some real issues. The jets in the spa bath sprayed water all over, soaking my outfit and towels, which was quite frustrating. the ladder for exiting the pool felt unstable and rickety, contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere. I had hoped for a relaxing stay, but these details made it challenging to enjoy the amenities.

The room was amazing! ! It was large, well set out, and impeccably clean. The spa bath provided a wonderful relaxation experience. The young woman at the restaurant provided exceptional service, being very professional and attentive!

Wi-fi was easy to access. Appreciated the laundry facilities but they were limited.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost necklace, making it memorable! I highly recommend it for your next trip.

Dining options were impressive. we particularly enjoyed the fish dishes and hearty meat offerings at the bar. the pool was off-limits for late-night access , and there were limited dining options available late in the evening. While the service was friendly, some amenities could benefit from maintenance, like the pool ladder, which felt a bit unstable.

Our stay was fantastic! The indoor pool was beautifully warm, just what we needed after a long day. The apartment was spacious, featuring two full-sized beds and a full kitchen, making it ideal for our family. We also appreciated the friendly service, especially from Ross, who provided great assistance with local transport. The breakfast options were impressive, offering everything from muffins to a full buffet!

It was just a perfect match for an overnight stopping in Invercargill with very good value for money. The friendly staff helped me quickly find local transport options when I asked. Don't forget to ask about the shuttle service as it saves a lot of hassle.

Had a fab time with my fam! The staff were super friendly, even brought late-night snacks to our room. The grounds were really nice to walk around, and we loved the pool too. Only wish there were more dining options available during our stay.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and it was stunning! Impeccable cleanliness and beautiful decor made my experience delightful. The indoor swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the youthful staff, especially Ocheana at breakfast, were genuinely warm and eager to serve.
